Brass and copper accents were used on this wonderful angel pin and lion tie tac, drawn by Christi, age 5 1/2.
Kaili from California, age 5 drew these two friends for her grandmother in Illinois, she loved it so much that she cried when she opened it. This pin was a end of year teacher gift. Each child in the classroom drew one body part, and all combined, they made a lovely drawing! Engraved on the back is the school name, kindergarten class of 2000, so the teacher will always remember which students gave her such a great gift.
When Cassie's mom saw her pin she said, "Oh Lee, it is soooooo cute!!, Nanny adoooooores it!!!" "Everyone who has seen it thinks you are a genius!"...then she ordered another pin for her Mum!

He arrived safe and sound this morning and he is wonderful! It looked good in the photo but is so much better in real life.
Now every Christmas we will have a special reminder of the magic of childhood, even when Adam is grown-up and has moved out.

A Child Artwork PinTM is a pin made from your child's drawing. Images that work best are drawn from crayon, pencil, pen, or thinner type markers. The drawing is then reproduced in Solid Sterling Silver, completely by hand, by cutting out little pieces of silver, and then soldering them all together with a torch. Your pin is then hand- polished and mailed out to you. These pins are not cast pieces, each piece is individually handmade one at a time.

Any artwork will do, you can even make a pin from your own artwork, your mother may have saved from when you were a child... So, you can wear your own artwork. Teachers love these pins also, and they make great surprise gifts for the unsuspecting mom. Just have their child do a drawing and send it in.
